About you?

They hide a bunch of profit in the cost of parts. I was charged $188 for parts. Turns out these parts were available retail for $136, they get a better price than that wholesale. And in fact I could buy these parts online (original OEM) for $24! 
But Firestone won't let you supply the parts - of course that would cut into their hidden profit.
