Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Took my car to my local Firestone store in Vancouver, WA because my water pump was leaking. Pump was replaced at a different store. My local store refused to replace my water pump even thought it was under warranty and sent me to the store that did the original replacement. Failure to honor a national warranty seems to me to be illegal.

I have read through your concers with our warranty and want to apologize if the store you visited did not honor our nationwide warranty. The only stores that will not honor our warranty are independent Firestone dealers that operate outside of our domain. Firestone has been at it for years, if you only knew the half of it. Some how they keep getting people though.
