First Class Cars A HUGE rip-off! never buy a car at first class cars .BEWARE! Salt Lake City Utah

I am a full time college student with a full time job; and had saved up all of my hard earned money to buy a car, which i desperatly needed. I regret going to first class cars, but i needed a car ASAP for my job and I had not established any credit yet and wanted a car that would be under my own name. I bought a '95 ford contour, because that was one of the two cars in which i was approved for. I put $1000 down and also put $150 for my first payment along with my down payment. (which I had to pay in the next 3 days anyways for my 1st payment)
They advised me not to buy the $500 warranty, because it does not cover everything and it would be cheaper for me to fix my car at their price.So I believed them because I was stupid enough to think they were only looking out for me as their customer. They summarized papers that I signed and sent me off in my new used car. I was happy, they were happy until...the very next day (not even 24 hours) my car dies out on me when i stop at a light, cars behind me only saw the green light while driving down the road and had to swerve out of the way of my stalled car. I take it to the dealership right after that; I asked if I would have to pay for any repairs since i just bought the car 12 hours ago and she told me "no." I couldn't leave my car becuase i would have no other way of getting to work that day. so i told them i would bring it in the next day to get it looked at. On the third day I had my car, I was driving downtown at the peak of rush hour, when i try to make a right turn and the power steering went out with smoke coming out of my hood. This happened right in the middle of the road and my life again was put into great danger for the second time in the past two days.
I took it in that very evening and told the man that he sold me a unsafe car (that passed the state inspections test)and to give me all of my money back. He said "sorry, it's unrefundable." They even refused to pay for the repair of my car, even though I brought it in with problems only 12 hours after I purchased the car!!! I went back the next day to pick up my car and it wasn't there. I asked the employees there for a contact number to the manager or owner of the place and they told me they didn't have that information. I than asked them of the location where my car was being "fixed" and again they lied and told me that they do not know where the cars go when being repaired and do not have the slighest clue as to where my car went and how it got there. I have gone to the location on several occassions trying to find someone to speak to, I have called the corporate office and was told that they would call me back; i have not recieved one phone call, all i have recieved is lie after lie, and a cheap dealership that avoids me. Don't ever go to first class cars! it's a rip-off, they cheated me and they will cheat you. They treat me like crap by giving me bad service and a stinky attitude when being confronted with the truth. They can't get away with cheating me out of my own money that i worked my butt off for. First class hasn't seen the last of me...they can't play me like a fool. I know that i'm right and they're WRONG and I WILL get my money back from those caniving theives. First class cars, SHAME ON YOU!!!
