Wow! You never think it's going to happen to you. I too can not get anyone or their automated system to acknowledge my account, saying that it doesn't exist. Funny how they seem to be able to take my money for payments!?! Month after month late fees and over the limit fees are being asessed making it almost impossible to catch up and pay the account off.

FCNB is the lowest form of fraudulent company, praying on those who have had difficult financial times and the only way they can be stopped is via legal action.

We have to fight to make sure our rights are not violated. Do your due diligence to make sure joining the Class Action Suit is the right thing for you... and take a stand! Get back what has been taken from you unjustly!
