First Data Merchant Services Bogus Cancellation fees Simi Valley California

had first data for over a year and decided to look at my statements one day and notice some ridiculous fees like Customer Service fee, so i decided to shop around and found a company that offer me better rates with no contract but i first i called First Data to make sure i wasn't under contract and they told me there was no contract so after a few weeks when i was ready to cancel my account w/ first data they told me there was a $75 cancellation fee, what a bunch bullsh*t how can they charge me when there was no contract anymore, their excuse was that eventhough i was under contract i still had to pay $75 for leaving the First Data. STAY AWAY from FIRST DATA!!!!!
