I signed up for the service after being convinced by one of thier sales reps that I'd get assistance immediately. The sales rep verified my account and would email a listing. She never did. So within a few days I called several times to follow up and was transferred to customer service. The customer service department is non existent. I was transferred 4 times to Customer Service and each time I got dead air and no one answered the phone. They obviously have a phone system problem. Today I called and was on hold with customer service for 20 minutes without anyone helping me. Its disappointing, I have yet to experience the program and was very interested. Now I'm trying to cancel the account and has proved to be impossible. The poor treatment and lack of customer service on this program is unacceptable for any business. Its impossible to cancel your account without the run around. I still dont know if I'm canceled. I filed a complaint with the BBB.
