First Hudson Leasing Will not replace non working equipment and won't let me out of the lease Cleveland Ohio

I had a lease with First Hudson Leasing for a credit card terminal I had 20 months to go, on a 4 year contract. Charging me $95 a month, first rippoff. My equipment broke and I could no longer swipe credit cards. I was on the phone every day for a week trying to get my problem solved. They refused to replace the equipment they insisted that I had to upgrade to the "platinum" package to contnue with their service. I argued and kept calling different people because I did not want to start my lease over for 4 more years. It was never resolved, and I no longer accept credit cards. This company keeps sending me a bill every month for a service I no longer use and equipment that does not work!! They claim that I cannot cancel the lease and I have to pay the remaining 20 months. This is totally unacceptable. In my opinion, they broke the agreement by not giving working equipment so I could continue taking credit cards. Terrible ripoff.
