They ignore their customers, even if you are paying them & have paid them on time, for 1 year & 11 months. WHY? Because they have you in a 4 year lease and THEY OWN your DOMAIN name. WHY? Because they bought it for you when you signed your lease with them....BE WISE, because I wasn't. They will keep your domain name, that you've used for the benefit of YOUR COMPANY, not theirs.
Be careful of Bob.. & Jan..., Bob.. will lie and say you said this or that when you never said it.....Jan... is a follower and helps BOB..'s lies appear real...just to collect money from you, or hold your domain name hostage if you don't pay your lease in full.....even if you go BANKRUPT!! They will try and charge you the remaining balance of your lease, even though they were a part of your bankruptcy CASE & discharged!!!!,
They will use the Fact that they own your domain name and will not transfer it to you for 25.00 (EMS domain transfer fee). Instead they will illegally hold you liable for the remaining balance of you lease, that was again DISCHARGED in your bankruptcy....They will tell you, you still owe on a lease and it's going to cost a lot for us to transfer your domain to you.....
