First Hudson leasing Gift card/ credit card processing scams

 I own retail store accepting cash and credit card payment. Several years ago, a company sale agent walked in my store introducing himself and claimed that he was working for a company under the name "merchant services". He promised his wonderful gift/loyalty card and lowest rate credit card processing. After I signed up with him, he told me that monthly service fee will have to deducted automatically from my bank account and so I agreed. I was excited and I waited and called to ask for gift card so I give to my customers. I never got the gift card and account deducted every month by first Hudson leasing company, the name I did not even know I was dealing with. I did not want to my banking service to be disrupted so I allowed this happen months after months. I finally lost hope of getting what I had paid for, I opened a new account and closed old account to stop them from getting more of my hard earned money. I lost over a thousand dollars. They called me and I told how upset I was and they promised to send me the card. I told them that they breached their own contract and they lost my trust and I will never do business with them again - ever. The good things was I never got to use them as my credit card processing provider. Yesterday I applied for a home loan was shocked to learn that my credit score is only 709 and I have to pay a little rate I should have they said a have unpaid balance with first Hudson. My credit used to be 790 or higher. Now I feel like I am robbed for a second time by first Hudson - the name I did not know I was involved with. A law suit may cost me more than what I already lost. I just hope nobody else fall in this trap
