This company has horrible customer service and are a complete scam. A sales rep came into my salon one day and assured me that the credit card machine that he was representing would be compatible with the POS system the salon uses. I signed a non cancellation lease agreement for 5 years. Later that day after he left I tried linking everything together and setting things up and it said error. The machine was no compatible at all. So less than one hour after signing the lease agreement I called them to let them know it was NOT compatible and I would NOT be using it at all for what I signed up for. I boxed it up and sent it out. Next month my card was charged, I called to let them know what happened and that I didn't use it and sent it back and they gave me the run around. Never once did I swipe a cars through that machine and they refused to reimburse me or void the agreement.

Now 4 and a half years later, after automatically deducted money from my account every month I was starting to get a ton of overdraft fees and called to see if they would take care of me now since after 4 and a half years I paid every single month over $100 dollars for absolutely NOTHING and they were very rude to me and told me there was nothing I could do except pay in full the full amount that was owes for the next 6 months. No discount for paying early or nothing. I hung up and called my bank so make sure they were not allowed to take money out anymore because I was paying a ton of overdraft fees since my business wasn't generating as much money as the previous years.Next month they called me every single day multiple times asking for their money, I refused. I paid thousands of dollars for a machine I was lied to about and scammed into signing up for and they weren't satisfied still. Now it is on my credit report as a charge off because I still owed them a couple hundred dollars.

Please please please never use this company. The reps will literally tell you everything u want to year just to get you to sign up and then won't even answer the phone when you try and call them. A couple thousand dollars wasn't enough for a service I never used. I can't even explain my frustration . The sales rep walked in that day and saw that I was a 25 year old girl who just bought a hair salon and had no idea what I was doing in the beginning and he took full advantage of me. I will do my very best to make sure this doesn't happen to anyone I know. My credit is ruined and thousands of dollars spent and it's still not enough for them. All because I was at such a vulnerable state when he walked in, he saw it and used it to his advantage.
