Send me every time credit card option with in the screen of the posted envelope My full name address plus city plus zip code AND most irritated a confirmation number so that it's easy to get a credit card on my name without even have to open the mail.

Talking about ID theft these days .Those banks NEED to get real with it And Need to know this is harm full for all people out there. Who don't NEED this mail every time in there mail box. I want to do something about this problem.Because ID theft is growing and this is NOT helping at all.And That from banks who should know better. And if you call them then they say Yeah it will take 30-60 days to get you of the mailing list. (what I even Never asked for to be on in the first place)

But You can make online in seconds a credit card on my name.. Thanks banks... For all the help you give on people who want to do wrong with others Identity.

When do we all wake up and do something about this?????

#1 Consumer Suggestion

Your Help is Needed to Put This Practice to An End

AUTHOR: Robert - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, August 18, 2007

I fully agree with your statements that First PREMIER actually encourages ID Theft and I hope that you will help stop this. FIRST PREMIER is very choosy who they pay attention to and for many consumer protection agencies they kinda just "kiss them off."

If you want to get this practice of sending out fully activated credit cards and information visible through the mailing envelope then PLEASE PLEASE contact this state agency and the will help you. FIRST PREMIER WILL pay attention to them because of their power over them.

Write you complaint etc. to:

State of South Dakota
Department of Revenue and Regulation
Division of Banking
217 1/2 West Missiouri Avenue
Pierre, South Dakota 57501-4590

or call them at: 605-773-3421

You will get a response and chances are good they will start an investigation of your complaint.
