First Primier Bank Master Card RIP-OFFS, ARROGANT, UNHELPFUL AND DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT Sioux Falls South Dakota

Hello friends, it has been a ordeal since last 4-5 months with this bank card. First they say somebody reported my card as stolen then they don't send their statements to my billing address and on top of it expect me to pay in time. Till then it was iritating but beareable. Then I make more than 75% payment and they promise to send me a new card which they never do and cliam to have sent.

Again no statements and then after 2 months they call back and say you are over limit when I explain them the problem they say it is not their problem but the mailman problem. Then I request them to fax me a statement as the MAILMAN has a problem and I would like to take a what I am paying for and the Customer Service Manager says they do not have a faxing option.

Guys what type of organization are they running who don't even have a fax machine to fax to their customers and expect their customers to payup in time. There are many thing I would be able to write here many other arrogant things but due to time and space restriction I shall let go for someother time.

PS : If the bank people are ever reading this I have already scheduled the payment. Thanks for getting out of my life and credit history.
