I paid First Universal Lending over $600 to modify my home loan. They said I was %100 qualified and that the had already talked to my morgage company. They said it would take 2 months; 3 at most to see a diferance on my morgage and that they would keep me updated every weak. All this I have on adio tape and non of this happend. And when I complained about the sevice they called me insulting, and officialy quit doing buisness with me. I have the evidence, Who will stand up to them with me? Or help!

First Universal Lending First of all, I was told it would take 30-90 days to get my loan modified with Countrywide. Then because I was current it would take longer because Countrywide was helping people who are behind. I was told if I were delinquent I would get help faster. I was told to miss payments and let them start calling you and refer First Universal to them. Totally unethical & illegal. Orlando Florida
