Hello everyone!

11 months ago, my husband and me hired Stratton & Feinstein/First Universal Lending to help us with several rental properties, our primary residence and credit card debt.

The pourpose of their hiring was to help us modify our loans, and exend a "0" percent interset for one more year until the debt was compleatly paid off.

We where literally ripped-off by these people!

They led us on for almost a whole year telling us that dealing with the banks TOOK IT'S TIME!

After contacting Stratton & Feinstein's main office in Miami, we were refunded, but thousands of people out there were not.

We were all scammed!!!

I am headed straight into the forclosure of 2 of my rentals, which breakes my heart. I am only loosing my properties because we were adviced to put a STOP on the payments in order for the Banks to "start working with you and get their attention".

We did exactly as we were advised by these unhealthy, greedy warlocks!

And the sad part of it all is that you wonder really WHO to trust anymore!

Until we hired them, our mortgages had all been current.

We almost lost our home too, but we are now working directly with the bank to save it.

The Banks (GMAC and Bank of America) had no register of them having ever called to negotiate on our behalf.
