First Universal Lending Fraud lending FAKE LOANS FAKE APPROVALS FAXED TO REAL ESTATE Ripoff Palm Beach Garden Florida

I was approved for a loan by a man name Lewis Fogg at First Universal Lending. I had to pay off 2 loans in the amount of 1056.66 to boost my credit score for a sealed deal on a loan for some property. All was set with the interest rate etc just awaiting an appraisal order, I faxed the letters to verify my zero balance which was requested by this company of the loans I paid off. In return Mr. Fogg gets in contact with a lender submitting a purchase price of 140,000 who requested I use a down payment of 35,000 which I aggreed.

An approval was faxed to myself and my local real estate office which was requesting some sort of documents stateing indeed I was approved. The real estate office contact me to state they received the documents and was also waiting an appraisal. I call Mr Fogg 4 days later to find out He is no longer employeed with this company, I get a man by the name of Eric and also Nick on the phone who is the biggest A*****e Smart mouth I have ever delt with telling me Mr. Fogg got fired and he was a Fraud and the loan was not vaild there was nothign they could do now for me.

In the mean time I had to pay a good faith payment to the real estate of 100.00 that I am now going to loose due to the time frame I have been jacked around and lied to. Eric laughs in my face to tell me I can take him to court what ever to F--K Off.. Never have I had this much UNPROFESSIONALISM at a business. I am out now 1056.66 for the small loans that had 0 interest and Now NO LOAN. AND 100.00 to real estate. I was told now this was all fradulent due to the fact this company never loans on land/farms so therefore it was all a LIE. Down to the fax to my real estate agent all A LIE and FAKE.
