i spoke with universal lending about a modification and what the fees would be if i except the service which i was told that the banking information needed to be put in that i would not be used unless services are taken which was a lie. i gave the information on the 22nd of nov. and the bill was suppose to be done by nov. 26 2008 and i called on the 23rd to say i was declining the service and was told that's not a problem that i still had the paper work that they had sent to me that had not been filled out. and i f i change my mind that i could just call back and the service would start there. so after not taking the service i was billed 299.95 anyways for a service that i did not recive they are a fraud service and all are a bunch of liars.
