I saw an unauthorized charge for $29.95 on my credit card by MYTRAINER8004855175.  Calling the number led me to a company who called themselves "Fit Factory", although other reports have mentioned other companies.  They claimed that by not doing anything, I signed up for a trial period of a service, and now that the trial period is over, they're charging me $29.95.

Although I don't recall ever purchasing something from these people ... I don't buy health supplements or fitness products ... other online reports have claimed that when purchasing something there's a hidden checkbox, checked by default, that signs you up for this trial.

The customer service gave me the run down, and then fluidly started processing a refund as soon as I told her I was going to dispute the charge.
