Fitness Magazine Sent me a bill for a magazine to which I never subscribed. Des Moines Iowa

I just received a billing statement for Fitness Magazine. I've never heard of this magazine let alone subscribe to it. I do not subscribe to any magazines.

The billing statement did not provide a phone number, so I was unable to call anyone to find out what was going on. I entered their website and found the only way to contact them was via email (which is just a "submit" button).

I checked the Ripoff Report and found that I am not alone in my plight. I do not want to receive this magazine, nor do I want them to ding my credit for not paying for something I did not order.

This is a horrible practice and, obviously, something they've been getting away with. This is out and out fraud and I need to know how to stop them from billing me and/or dinging my credit (which is stellar).
