Florida Blue We have had Florida Blue for 2.5 years and ever month we have to call because they cancel our membership for one reason or another. I have Crohn's and I need my coverage, we pay our premium and they are forever jerking us around. I'M DONE. We have brought this up to supervisors and they tell us they will check into it but never do. Like I said I'M DONE Pensacola Nationwide

Florida Blue has been jerking people over and over again.  I'm done....

We have had coverage for the past 2.5 years and they are forever canceling us.  We pay our premiun and every month we need to call to find out why we have no coverage.

It's either the payment was posted incorrectly, they are behind on posting payment, they change our account without out permission, the list goes on and on...

I spoke with Florida Blue the day before my husband had eye surgery and they said everything was fine - not - we had to pay $3,673.80 - which they told me it was coverage - they lied again

I have Crohn's and I need my coverage, I can't have someone messing with my coverage.  They stopped me from getting my Crohn's meds so now I look like I'm 9 months preganet - no meds for 10 days will do it to you...  The people that is handling Florida Blue have no idea on what happened when you get NO meds...
