Florist express Do Not Trust, Internet

Ordered expensive flower arrangement this morning. Paid a standard $20 service fee, paid a $5 same day fee, and paid a $5 expedited delivery fee to have flowers delivered by certain time. 1.5 hours after scheduled delivery time no flowers.

Called cs and was told truck was out for delivery. Was told that they would refund $5 fee. Ask to speak to supervisor and was told they were busy.

Flowers never arrived!!!! The front page of their website states 100% on time guarantee. They also state they have a 100% satisfaction gaurs tee.

I received an email response stating they would give me a 15% discount on a future order. ( I will never use that ). This company is a RIP OFF!!!!!!!
