Florist Express From You Flowers, Same Day Delivery Joke, Internet

I followed the directions provided by Florist Express:  I ordered flowers before 3p.m. in the recipient's time zone and paid the same day delivery fee.  Seven hours later--on the same day--I was informed that the flowers had not been delivered to the funeral home.  I was promised that the flowers could be delivered to the church prior to the funeral the next day.  The next day--well after the time for the funeral--I received an email telling me that the flowers still had not been delivered. 

To further insult, I was asked if I wanted the flowers delivered to another address.  Since the wake and the funeral were both over, I requested a refund.  I was told that a refund would take from 1-3 business days!  When I expressed by disappointment with the service to the company, I was promised that the company would generate within 1-3 business day a $25 Florist Express gift certificate that I would have to call to activate.  However, in order to activate the gift certificate, I would need my order number!  RIP OFF!
