This was my fist and last order with Footsmart!! I ordered an item that cost $9.99 and needed to return it. I used the pre-paid label enclosed with the order, assuming it was free -- since I incurred shipping costs on the front end. Wrong!! My $9.99 item was credited back $2.65 after they deducted shipping costs on an item that weighed no more than 5 oz! Totally rip off. I removed my name from their list.
