FootSmart bad with orders and refunds Someplace in Florida Florida

Recently I ordered 8 pir of Orthofeet BioSoft Diabetic Padded Sole Bamboo Socks. They come as a pair for the price of $7.99. Size 12-16 White, Mens. Well, as a diabetic I know the importance of socks not chaffing on the earers foot. These socks did. I opened one pair and wore them three times and washed them three times. The seam across the top of the toes wore on my feet. They hurt me. In time they could cause enough damage to me that I've have to have medical care or amputation. So I returned them. Actually althought I ordered 8 pairs. I received three partial shipemnts from them and the total number I received was only 7, not the eight I ordered. I explained that to them.

My total order before tax was $63.92. Shipping was free. When I returned them, eventually I got an email saying I would received a refund of$10.27. Well, I went crazy. Six pair were still in the original packaging that they arrived in. They could be sold to anyone and that person would not know that they were returns. I figure I was due for the pair I did not receive and that I might not get a refund for the pair I tried but the others should get a ful lrefund. After some back and forth by email, I don't trust talking to people on the phone for these types of things casue they can say  one thing and deny it later.

Anyway they have told me that in a week or ten days I should see a total of $39.09 as the refund applied back o nmy Visa card. You figure it. I feel I was screwd by FootSmart and I wil lnever do business with them again. I had done business with them many times over the years, but no more. If I can not trust them to be honorable I wil lnot do business with them. Their web site doesn't giv enough info for me to contact the head person at home office, so they are hiding from us all.
