On-line advertisement for product and billing were deceptive and misleading. Posted that the "item ordered would not be processed or shipped for 48 Hrs". Also posted "Your Credit Card will not be charged until your order ships". The billing portion of the on-line order asked to "continue" (not accept) and then Charges to account were made immediately. Customer service contacted and said they could not cancel order, and that we would have to wait 'till we received the item and THEN return it for a refund, even though it had not been processed.
