Forever Lazy Deceptive website, Unathorized Charges. Horrible customer service. Wallingford, Connecticut

Do not order this product from such a deceptive company.  The $19.95 plus an extra S&H for two-for-one Forever Lazys is a lie and your credit card will be charged huge fees with no opportunity for you to see an order summary and approve the purchase.  In my case, I simply tried to order two colors for my single order. I ended up with a bill for two
separate orders with FOUR shipping and handling fees... total of $71.70!    The deceptive website (and the T.V. ad) explains none of this and doesn't give you the option of ordering just one garment and not paying another S&H fee.  The site then forces you through pages and pages of other products that you have to decline.  The next thing you know, your card has been charged for an amount you have never seen. 

If you order on a weekend, there is no customer service to call and cancel.  The automated online system tells you the order will take 48 hours to be processed .  When I called, less than 48 hours later, I was first told that the order was probably not in the system then told I had already been charged and the item shipped.  I was hung up on by the customer service representative, Ricky, after I angrily told him this was B.S. and I will put a stop payment on my credit card.  I had to call back and make the same statements to another irritated representative who eventually granted me a refund.  Now I have to contact the person who the gift is being sent to and have them send it back.  Embarassing.
