Forever Lazy Doubled order & quadrupled shipping, Internet

Wanted to order 1Small & 1Medium, figuring it was buy one get one free "as advertised" on TV.  No, it's actually 2 of each, plus the stupid socks.  There is no place to review/confirm your order before you press enter....and then they charge you shipping of $7.95 on all the items.  Now we're talking $91.70 instead of $29.95 plus shipping and handling...WTF!!!!  So we call customer service to cancel the order, she says to go online to www.customerstatus.com, find the order & hit the"cancel" button that will come up on left. 

Okay, no problem we do that.  Then today we check our account online and they're charging us the $91.70....so we go back on the "customer status.com" and sure enough the order is cancelled.  However, there is a second order placed the same day we cancelled the first order????  So I call & give them hell, they say they can't cancel the second order as it has already shipped. 

So we need to wait until it arrives and refuse shipment.  They claim we will be fully refunded when the package is returned.  Well we will see, won't we.  We placed the original & only order on Sunday, 12/11.  Cancelled it on Monday, 12/12 and today 12/14 they're taking our money.  So we have to wait FOREVER to get our money back for something we cancelled and only ordered once.....DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE AND TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW!!!!
