I just looked at the site in question.  Though it does NOT explain that you will wind up paying 91 bucks for ordering TWO Forever Lazy sets in plain language, the directions are pretty clear.  You are ordering a set of TWO per every size you order.  You cannot order one FL in small and one FL in large under the BOGO; when you order two they basically come in a bag as the same color and the same size.  If you want two sizes you have to order TWO SETS, one SET in large and one SET in small, for example.  The original price is $29.95 for one set of TWO, including $7.95 times 2 for both FLs in the package.  So one order of two FL pajamas, same size, same color, costs $45.85.  If you ordered a set of two smalls and a set of two larges, you would wind up paying $45.85 times 2 PLUS $7.95 times 4, which equals $91.70 and you would receive four pair of FL pajamas.  I'm not sure what the big argument is, but that was pretty easy for me to find out just by looking at the first page of the site.

Having said that, I don't think I would EVER pay $45.85 for two grown-up pajama sets.  They look kind of stupid to me.  Then again, some people might like them so to each his own I guess.

One set of two would have cost you $29.95 + $7.95 x 2 =$45.85.  Because you didn't comprehend this you ordered two SETS of two @ $29.95 x 2 + $7.95 x 4 = $91.70.

Most of the companies who sell 'Only on TV' stuff use this misleading technique.

There is no doubt that they have all the information on the screen but it is also obviously intended to be misleading.  You won't see one that tells you upfront what your actual bottom line will be.  It's intentional, it's misleading but it's legal and it's up to you to make sure you understand what they are doing.. 

I don't understand anyone ordering any of that junk but if you do, I can only say to be very careful and read and pay attention to everything. They are truly a sleazy bunch.

But why why why do they think they have to holler the whole ad at us.  I find it offensive but apparently it works for them.

   I just have to pipe in now. I am reading this at 9:55 pm as I am sitting in my pink Forever Lazy that someone bought me for Christmas and I LOVE IT. Dispite the fact they got me a size that was a little too big ( no big deal), it is soo warm.
I never heard any complaints about problems with the price, and I think it was my favorite gift. I just had to say that.

No, rather than being in the market for an adult onesie, I am a little more than a little retired as well from a job that had me dealing with fraud for the past 25 years, so I can recognize the signs immediately.  What it comes down to is an intent to mislead, which definitely appears to be the case here.  Any legitimate company that received even a couple of complaints about the wording on their order form would simply make the necessary changes to clarify.  Since this company has not done so, it makes them very suspect.  And again, any time a company is asking for your credit card info first and cannot give you an update on an order you placed online for 24-48 hours, they are up to no good.

BTW, I NEVER do business with any of these "As Seen on TV Companies" as I consider them to NOT be a good value under ANY circumstance.

Copying and pasting is a FAR more accurate way to present the information than re-typing....it's also a little stupid to just re-type it when copy and paste is quicker.

My point, which you've missed, is that if you can't/won't read a sites terms of service or just can't comprehend them, DON'T USE THE SITE.  Sounds like, perhaps, you also didn't understand the written terms.

This is for the genius who offered up a rebuttal to the original complaint.  Are you kidding me?  Listen, any time a company immediately e-mails you an order number and then turns around and has it's customer service dept. tell you you your order information will not be in their system for 24-48 hours, you know it's a scam.  What are we in the early 80's here?  The order information doesn't go into their system in real time.  Nonsense.  

And the fact that you took the time to copy and paste the shipping and handling information from the site makes me immediately think "thou protests too much."  You have nothing better to do than defend an "As Seen on TV" company with multiple complaints plastered all over the internet?  Give me  break.  You're obviously an employee or stooge for the company or those like it.  Rather than "Not the Site's Fault" you should have titled your response "Not Our Fault."

Looks pretty straightforward to me.
