Same thing happen to me. Tried to order Forever Lazy, buy one get the second one free. I never had the chance to decline the sox which I did not want. The order went through without confirmation or indication of the total shipping and handling charges. The information was misleading to make you believe the total would be $29.95 plus 7.95 shipping (about $38.00). Without warning they tried to charge $91.70. The phone number was an automated ordering line only. No way to speak with anyone and not only did the the email confirmation say that they wouldn't even process the order for 24 to 48 hours, so you couldn't cancel it, but they also stated that it would take 2 to 6 weeks for delivery. Most companies ship next day.
Luckily my card had not yet been charged so I went down to ATM and took all the money off the card so they can't get my money, but I'll have to change my card number again. Do Not Fall For This Scam. There ought to be some kind of consumer protection from companies like this, especially when they are allowed to advertise on TV. They need to go to jail.

I just went to the Forever Lazy sight. It PLAINLY states that you will receive 2 Forever Lazys and 2 pair of footies when you order a quantity of ONE ( 1 ). Then, below that it PLAINLY states the TOTAL cost the products with SHIPPING and HANDLING !!! How on Earth could you not miss that ???? Can you not read ??????
But, let me guess, here. Instead of following the instructions for odering a quantity of ONE, you stupidly ordered a quantity of TWO, didn't you ???? Which means you would actually be getting FOUR sets, and thus be paying over $90 for your order. LEARN TO READ !!!!! And, yes, you are going to be in hot water with your bank for withdrawing that money AFTER you ordered the products. You will, indeed, be paying the price.

Let me guess you weren't exactly the Valedictorian of your High School were you.
Luckily my card had not yet been charged so I went down to ATM and took all the money off the card so they can't get my money, but I'll have to change my card number again.
- That is probably the dumbest thing you can do..well next to not reading what you were doing when you ordered a product called "Forever Lazy". Don't you just love irony.
Here is the problem. If you "opted-in" to Overdraft Protection the only thing that taking all of your money out is to guarantee that when they do submit the debit your bank will pay it and charge you an Overdraft fee. If you didn't opt-in to Overdraft protection but they process it as an ACH transaction your bank has the option to pay or not pay the amount. Either way your bank will charge you a fee if their is not enough money available.
Of course this is not to even mention that if you have any outstanding debits or checks that if those now come in you have just opened yourself up to several other issues.
