You've seen the infomercials on television and you've seen the Sobokawa pillow advertised on the internet.  No where on their TV ads or websites does it say the following words: 

"THIS PRODUCT CONTAINS CHEMICALS THAT COULD CAUSE CANCER"

So I live in California, money-back-guarantee TV ad and internet ad make this look like a really good pillow.  I spent $27.94 for the product, sales tax, and shipping.  Receive the pillow via UPS and right there on the box is stamped "THIS PRODUCT CONTAINS CHEMICALS THAT COULD CAUSE CANCER".  I didn't have to think twice about sending this pillow back and not even testing it out.  Now I need to make arrangements to send the pillow back where it came from, I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING NOW AGAIN, and they will now only refund the cost of pillow.  So I send it back ground UPS per their suggestion, which cost me $11.36 and they give me a refund of $19.99... Oh boy I just paid to see a box that reads "THIS PRODUCT CONTAINS CHEMICALS THAT COULD CAUSE CANCER" and then turn it around and send it back so they can see it and hold on to it.  So I just spent a total of $19.31 for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So I'm trying to let other people know so they don't go spending $19.31 of their hard earned cash for a product that you might die from and the company doesn't even have enough common sense or decency to advertise any of this on their website or infomercials to let the consumer decide if they would like to take a chance with this product or not.  I know that if this was shown in any of their ads, I would never had paid for the product.
