The website for the Total Pillow product provides offer after offer after you attempt to make your initial order. Choosing any of these offers will add them to your order (there is no cart system) but never allow you to adjust these orders with a final review or confirmation page. So, if you decided to go with offer #3 and remove offers #1 and #2 you will be unpleasantly surprised to notice that 54.6% of your charges is for Processing & Handling, and that you were dupped into paying for offer #1, #2, and #3 without any hope of removing any item from the order. If you call the company they will tell you that they did not make the website (hogwash), and will argue vehemently that you had the opportunity to confirm when you clicked on an offer. Of course, this is baloney since you are given only the chance to click on the offer but the opportunity to finalize your purchase through a confirmation page where you can review your offer is never granted.

To further complete the process, you are told that you cannot call to discuss your order until 48 hrs has passed. Trouble is, the order is shipped within that time and then you are told they can do nothing about that. Then they will remind you of their fine print which states that the 54.6% Processing & Handling charge will not be refunded. Everything is geared toward making money from each unsuspecting customer and leave them without recourse.

It is hard to understand how a company with over 1000 complaints against it through the BBB (http://www.bbb.org/connecticut/business-reviews/mailing-services/fosdick-corporation-in-wallingford-ct-39001219), and that uses policy to rip customers off in broad daylight, is allowed to continue its practice unchallenged. I am vying for all my money back and will take it as far as the law allows.
