I completed a mystery shopping assignment in October of 2011 with a company called Franchise Compliance.

The shop involved hiring Chem-Dry to come to my home and clean my floors. I paid $100 for this service, plus a $20 bonus for completing the shop.  I was promised by Franchise Compliance that I would be paid within two-months (industry standards for the mystery shopping community).
Upon non-payment, I started emailing Julie Bishop (jbishop@franchisecompliance.com) as well as Accounting (accounting@franchisecompliance.com) repeatedly, but trying to be as nice as possible.

I rarely received a response.  At one point, however, Julie Bishop replied and said she escalated my complaint to accounting.  A week went by, I followed up with her after not receiving payment.  Nothing. Ive been trying to contact them at the least every month. Not sure why I think that after all this time the response is going to be any different.

I finally sent an email that I was filing a report online for fraud.  I have been checking all of the other reports and its almost the exact same situation with the exact same contacts at this company.  Someone said they filed complaints against the cleaning company, but I dont think its their fault, Julie Bishop told me that Chem-Dry was the reason for the initial delay of payment, but I think she made that up. I think its Franchise Compliance.  I too receive emails for future shop jobs for this company, but I'm going to start replying all to make sure people realize its total scam!  I want my money that I was contracted under to receive.  With a 10/10 rating, they have no excuse for not paying me.  Shame on them!
