Be aware that Ocwen is acquiring prime loans in good standing owned by Freddie Mac.

Ocwen is a ruthless, predatory Foreclosure Factory that now has extended into stealing homes of prime borrowers with good credit. Cuz they got all the sub-prime ones!

Previously, Ocwen only serviced sub prime or "bad" loans. Freddie Mac apparently feels that they are an appropriate servicer of prime loans.

So if you are a responsible borrower, with a prime loan and good credit, you may find yourself fighting off foreclosure with Ocwens predatory practices.
