Personal Creations (a gift website) offered people to try Freeshipping.com- I was fully aware that I would have to cancel my subscription within the month in order not to be charged monthly. I thought I would give it a shot so I paid my $13 for january.
I went to Freeshipping.com website and went to their link for Personal Creations. It said I would get instant free shipping on my order. It didn't happen. So I called Personal Creations, they blamed Freeshipping and told me to call FS, I did.
Freeshipping blamed Personal Creations and told me to call PC.
After an hour on the phone- it turns out I had to go to proflowers on the freeshipping website and put in my order from Personal creations to get my instant rebate.
I will never use either site again. I cancelled my subscription to freeshipping.com but it is frustrating to think that they got 13 bucks out of me for something that was supposed to be soooo simple.
