On November 24th, 2014 I ordered Valentine Day Flowers and Vase to be delivered to my wife's place of employ (a school) by 5:00 PM on the 13th of February.  I called three times to find if a delivery would be made or had been made.

Finally, with no delivery ever made I contacted the company for a refund to my credit card that they charged on November 26th, 2014.  They refused citing the florist said he delivered them.  It simply did not happen.  No one at the school reported receiving them and the florist could not provide a register receipt or time of delivery.

The Internet reports this company has the problem frequently, and it also reports the stock deliveried is inferior.  I am in the process of filing a complaint with my credit card company to try to retrieve my charge.

Buyer beware, do not do business with this company.
