FromYouFlowers.com Flower & Fruit Basket purchase not delivered, no refund. New York New York

I can not believe that I am at work crying right now.  I live in Missouri and for my aunts Birthday I ordered from this company so that she would receive it asap in New York.  I decided to go all out and purchased the Deluxe Fruit and flower basket.  I added a Mylar balloon and a box of chocolates for extra.  I also paid extra for morning delivery.  She received 1 small bouquet of spring flowers at 3:30pm.  No Morning delivery, No Fruit, no Deluxe, no Chocolate, no Happy Birthday Balloon.  I spet $113 on a $24 bouquet of flowers.  

When I called I was told that they would have to check with the florist (they use random outside florists I guess) and that they would get back with me.  It's been over 48 hours I was told it would be resolved first thing this morning...it is way past afternoon their time.  I called back and was told the exact same thing.  They will get back with me after the florist (whom they have now spoken too) "finds the paper work"!  I am outraged.  They have the paperwork!  She read back the order to me, she can check with the front desk of my aunts apartment building and they can verify what was delivered.  The same, "we will get back with you when the florist finds her paperwork, they are busy".   They are busy ripping US OFF!  

I feel totally scammed, hurt and violated.  I hope a lawsuit can be brought up that will force these criminals to pay for charging hundreds of dollars, making promises (falsley advertising!) and completely failing to deliver or handle messed up deliveries fairly! I am completely shocked and disgusted! I want my money back and I want them to go down for doing this to myself and however many people were treated this way.  It's horrible, it's a scam, and Justice needs to be served.
