Drives beware of Gainey Transportation! They are a forced dispatch company that expects their driversto repeatedly violate D.O.T. rules and regulations. They continually ask their drivers to 're-write' their log pages in order for the logbook entry to fit Gaineys needs. They expect 110% from their drivers and give back nothing in return. Mileage is never acurate. Mileage will always be 75-1125 miles off of the actual mileage for given load.
The driver managers are very incompetent as far as knowing logbook rules. The driver managers develop serious attitude issues if driver can't make a load due to logbook issues.
When a driver gets fed up with all the rp off tactics of Gainey Transportation, the company will create irroneous charges and backcharges whereas the drivers final pay, regardless of how much, will be ZERO dollars!
It happened time and time again. Talk to some Gainey drivers and former Gainey drivers.. they'll all say the same. Gainey owed me over $1500.00 when I finally quit the company. I ended up with NOTHING! They took my entire pay. They will change the rules daily in order to make them fit their needs.
BEWARE!!!

They use the measley little .03 'safety bonus' as a tactic, for whatever reason. If anything doesn't go the way the driver manager wants it to go, they'll yank the .03 from you. They expect you to pay all tolls and scale fees. Reimbursement may take 4-5 weeks, if at all, to recover on your paycheck. I was NEVER paid $180 for tolls that I paid out of my pocket for. Whenever I would question payroll or the driver manager about it, all they would say was for me to show them where I paid the tolls. After showing tem time and time again, I gave up. Which is exactly what they want you to do.
My driver manager was a s****.>
