Ge Capital Gave false advertisement and stated would be approved on a loan of $10,000. Scam and Ripoff california

I spoke with  Ryan Cooper who stated that worked with GE Capital. I had recieved an email stating I was approved for a loan of $3000 and then contacted them and raised the loan for $10,000. He stated I needed to purchase a Green Dot Money Pak card and deposit $200 in the card. Once the money was deposited they were going to process it for the funds to be insured. He guaranteed 100% I would recieved the funds while on the phone with him. I gave him the information he needed about the card and stated it had been processed. He provided me an insured number. I asked for all the paperwork to be emailed to be and it wasnt. He then stated there was a problem with the processing of the funds. I demanded to speak with the manager Jack Dawson. He stated that the credit counseling could not submit the funds because of the poor credit. I advised all of that should have already been known since the application was submitted. He stated I needed to be able to show I was able to afford it. I stated I was not giving him anymore money and I wanted a refund back. He stated he could not and that it was used to insure the funds. Jack Dawson stated he was the highest person I can speak with and there was no one else. He stated if I cancelled the application that I would have to pay a cancellation fee of $299.00. THey are insane and these people are LIARS and are SCAMMING PEOPLE LEFT AND RIGHT!!! Please dont fall into their games and if anyone asks you to get a Green DOT Money Pak card do NOT TRUST THEM!!! ITS A TRUE SCAM!! AVOID ALL INTERNET CASH ADVANCES!!
