GE MONEY BANK reporting inaccurate info to credit bureaus Ripoff EL PASO Texas

I moved in late December and changed my address on the back of my payment slip, when I checked my credit report in February, they had typed all of my address correct except the city, state, and zip code. They had me in Texas instead of Indiana! There was only one number difference between my zip code (46016) and the incorrect zip code(76016).

I talked to a representative via the telephone and she assured me that the mistake would be fixed and removed from my report. I received a letter telling me that it was fixed and I checked my report again... still WRONG! They simply changed the wrong address to a previous one.
So, I wrote them a letter because customer service refused to handle my issue over the phone. Again, I received a letter saying the problem was fixed, but checking it proved the opposite.

I have written a total of three letters, clearly detailing the problem and the mistake one of their employees made, but it is still not fixed. Next step is reporting them to the Federal Trade Commision and to all the credit bureaus.
