A citgo Station was having trouble with their card system. the card was declined twice and they had to call for authorization, but my transactions show three transactions taking an additional $120 out of my account that was going to pay an insurance policy. They currently are saying they can do nothing to release the held money which is going to cause said insurance policy to default.
