I ordered a Factory refurbished router from these guys. When it arrived it was thrown in a plain box no packing no instructions and obviously used and never returned to the factory. It did not work. I tried to send it back and they sent complicated form that was returned as incomplete. By this time the return period had expired. Neither ebay nor paypal would help. These guys are crooks and don't care. Beware
