GearXS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST COMPANY IN THIS WORLD EVER DO NOT! Des Plains Illinois

Every opportunity for you're company or anyone to respond was afforded, I posed simple questions and also attempted to call the company direct. I stayed on the phone from 12:10, until 12:30, listening to the most annoying, repetitive song ever!. As you can see from my purchase log all items were ordered at the same time, yet the package from gearxs has yet to arrive. It is appalling at best to not expect nothing less from a first time buyer. If you value customers so highly, you could have made every attempt to satisfy my arrival. Yet I was met with apology after apology and STILL no product. I predict this company fails miserably and you will receive negative feedback often. This is bad business and what should have been done, was for you're company to expedite my package for my inconvenience and not an hollow apology, which by the way fell on deaf ears. This will be my final purchase EVER from this company and I will make it my business to also include this company on Ripoffreport.com. This is what you deserve, nothing more!. Furthermore this company is currently posted on Ripoffreport.com and it is my hope that something can be done to remove this company from doing business in the future and continue to ripoff consumers, time after time.
