Geek Squad "Diagnostics" kills my computer Internet

I just spent the past hour on the phone with a "Public Defender" of the Geek Squad company trying to get a full refund of the $170 I paid to have them help my fix my PC problems over phone. They ran several generic diagnostic programs they downloaded off the internet onto my computer. I actually expected something professional only their company uses... silly me! Only the last one (MicroTrend) actually stated there were 2 viruses. What did the geek do? Not a darn thing. Didn't try to get rid of them; just got out of the program. They refunded $100 of the money but they didn't do their job to earn the $70 for the diagnostics they ran. Plus they kept restarting the computer over and over again which made the problem worse each time... but still the idiots kept restarting over and over. SO I guess I will keep calling back day after day to annoy the crap out of them until $70 is a light price to pay to get rid of me!
