JJM was rude and condescending to my slow learning, computer ignorance, and not wanting to learn more.  I didn't want to learn anything, just get my computer fixed.  Regardless of the effort I tried to make because I felt criticized if I didn't, he was still sarcastic.

I pay for a service, not for his condescending remarks, " It's your money... if you want to waste it by not learning, that's up to you."   As rude as he is, I won't learn anything from him.

I probably will not call Geeks on Call again.  I will specify not that particular employee, and ask for someone else; if none are available, I will go to a different company or ask a friend for a reference.

I don't need to pay $100.00 for the first hour for someone to come into my house and be rude to me.

Dear Customer,
 
My name is John McCauley and I am the person that you are referring to in your complaint. If for any reason you felt my behavior was rude, sarcastic, condescending, criticizing, or in any other way unprofessional, I deeply apologize for this.
 
If for any reason, I feel that there is something that a customer should know to prevent future problems, I do try to explain/train these things to the customer. I do this to give the customer a better understanding about their situation and to prevent future costs. In doing these things, I have found that many of my customers have saved on future repair costs by practicing what they have learned. 
 
However, whether you wanted to learn or just have the computer fixed, I again apologize if you feel my behavior was unprofessional. If you would like, please call our call center at 1-800-905-4335 and please either ask for me or provide them with some details.  I take my customers satisfaction very seriously and would appreciate the opportunity to resolve this with you.
