It's been 2 months since they took the money from my credit card and i call every week and all they keep saying is, it's on its way. It dsoesn't take that long to work its way around the world!

File a dispute with your credit card company against GEICO and they can issue you a temporary credit until it is resolved and they can charge back GEICO. Also, you can file a complaint with the BBB against GEICO:
