Geico Insurance Trying to over charge for insurance Omaha Nebraska

My husband called to get a insurance quote for the truck we got. At first the quote was really good and we liked it. Then he told them that he has not had vechile insurance for a litlle while cause he was hit by someone else. Was found that is was not his fault that it was the lady who hit him. His truck was totally destroyed. So then they wanted to double the insurrance. I thought when you have a good driving record you insurance quotes are cheeper not get raised cause of someone elses fault. They can for get it we will go some where else. They need to take there add off tv false advertising.
