Gforce Chips Hung up on me multiple times, was very rude and unprofessional. Called me a liar about an email I sent. Irvine Internet

I purchased two of of their performance chips that are supposed to add horsepower and increase fuel economy. After testing in one of my vehicles, i determined there was no change. I called the company on Wed. June 25th, 2013 requesting a RMA number to return the merchandise and get a full refund like their website claims. I was told company policy does not allow them to give RMA numbers over the phone and to use the company website contact us area to send them an email with my request. I submitted my request within 10 mins of my phone converstation. On friday June 28th, 2013, I had still not received an email from them about my request for return. I called the company once more about my email request. I explained it had been three day and still no respone. The customer service rep, did not give his name, proceeded to call me a liar by stating "thats impossible, I just searched your last name and do not have an email from you. They respond within 30 seconds when they receive an email". He then told me to send another email and the company would respond back within 24 hours. Without giving me a chance to talk anymore, he hung up on me. I then sent my second email request, requesting a full refund. I called the company a third time, this time the service rep answered the phone and was very rude and called me by name (assuming he has caller id) and said, "Richie, I just got your request, someone will email you within 24 hours" and then hung up on me again. I finally received an email with my RMA number to return my merchandise. I will be shipping this back to them and requiring them to sign for it so I know they received it. I really hope I get my money back and dont get screwed by this scamming company. I am also filing a complaint with the Better Business Buearu. Do not purchase anything from this company. You will just get a part that doesnt work and get screwed around when dealing with their customer service reps. ( or one in this case). Im not so sure this is a legitimet company.
