GlassesUSA Hassle free returns for them not the customer-they keep your money and you get nothing Internet

They sent me the wrong glasses and it took a week to get a response for a return authorization. Another week to get a response about an exchange even though i gave them the info a few times in my initial return. Another week to get a response to tell me the glasses i want are unavailable even though they are still available on their website today. I asked for a refund a week ago and again-no response. I did an online chat and asked for a supervisor and was given an email address. I called and was told no supervisor was available. They took my money over a month ago, they messed up my order and i'm out both my money and the glasses. Hassle free returns for them only, not for the customer. All i get from them is the run around and nonsense excuses. Horrible! I will never recommend them or do business with them again.
