I recently had this fuel pump installed in my wifes 2000 Grand Am. The certified tech says that they compression fittings where they connect from the hoses on the pump the car are not tight and shoot fuel out of them when pressure is going through them. I need to get a replacement pump for this ASAP. This is a big hassle and a lot of downtime for a faulty fuel pump which we bought in good faith from your business. Below is the Pay Pal transaction history. I would like to get this handled as soon as possible as we are down to one car because of this faulty pump. Your Ebay site states that you warranty your products.

Dear Valued Customer,

Your mechanic will need to replace the fittings that attach to the fuel pump assembly.

These fittings go bad over time and need to be replaced.

If your mechanic was competent enough, then he would have already done this.

You need to take this to a certified GM dealership to have them diagnose and fit the problem. This has nothing to do with our fuel pump.

Thank you,
Management

You say go bad but the fittings were part of the fuel pump that was brand new from your company. How can they possibly be bad? They are leaking on where the pressure fittings are on the connectors on the line and don't look like they are the same as GM standards. I bought the pump in good faith that it would perform like a new pump with no leaks etc. GM said that the lines and connections are part of the pump.

Please let me know how to go forward.

Our product is 100% accurate. The fittings on our assembly are correct and accurate.

Yes there are long plastic fittings that are NOT included with the assembly. These go bad and warp. They are plastic, SO THEY GO BAD.

Thank you,
Management

You talk to all your customers like this?? I will retract any positive ratings and send this on to the EBAY care and PayPal and perhaps your better business bureau.

You obviously dont listen to any type of reasoning. You just want something for nothing and we will not bend our policies. You can contact who ever you want, but we will fight it to the fullest extent of the law.

Thank you,
Management

Reasoning? You talk down to your customers like they are kids. You have absolutey no business ethics and now I can see why you don't list a number for your business and use a search engine email address. Fullest extent of the law. See that right there is a moronic statement. I can complain about your company all day long and there is nothing you can do abut it when you don't back your guarantees and talk down to your customers like you do. YOU are a pathetic excuse for a business who says they have a warranty on their products. YOU assume that your product is just fine 100% perfect without even looking at it and my CERTIFIED mechanic and the GM Dealer says you are full of it when they diagnose the fuel pump.

I THINK IT'S TIME FOR A CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT AGAINST THIS FRAUD OF A COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IF YOU ARE ON BOARD RESPOND TO ME.
