I purchased a part from this company against my better judgement.  I purchased a "new" ACDelco" fuel pump with a ONE YEAR WARRANTY.  When I received the item it was NOT in ACDelco packaging and appeared to be a used item even though it was advertised as new and I purchased it as new.  I am not sure if this is a sign but the pump also did not have any ACDelco markings, I have filed a complaint with ACDelco and they are researching this matter.  Again against my better judgement and because my retired veteran father needed his vehicle to get around I used the pump with the understanding it had a warranty.

Needless to say the pump made it about 3 months before it failed.  I then contacted the company and they said send it back so I paid for shipping to send it back.  At this time I was told that the pumps filter was clogged.  Although both the pump and the tank were inspected by an ASE certified mechanic, who stated that this was not the case.  In fact the original pump that came with the vehicle still runs to this day.  The one and only reason I replaced the pump was because the hose came off the original and anyone who has worked with the GM Silverado pumps can tell you is they are sold in a module.   At this time I had to pay $15 so they would send the broken pump back to me. 

I have filed complaints with ACDelco, Ebay, attorney generals office, ripoffreport, BBB, Internet Crime Complaint Center.  I am currently talking to my attorney about filing a law suit against the company and trying to push for criminal charges for internet fraud. 

As a person with 12 years of law enforcement experience I urge you to stay away from this company.  It is no longer about the 130.00 I paid for the fuel pump it is about law and right and wrong.  I know a lot of people may not have the resources nor the time to fight people who obviously are scam artist but I will not stop until I seek justice.
