File your report - for a class action law suit -  Global Media Advertising says your name will appear on page one of the search page for the phrase which, they say, will be searched 600+ times a day in your area.  However, no contacts are ever generated.  When I rechecked several times a day and the ad was never on page one - or anywhere on the first 10 pages.  When I called in they would say it would be fixed right away - fixed for a few minutes, then gone again. I called to cancel within their stated time frame but they failed to cancel and billed the exorbitant monthly charge for each phrase - saying the person never transferred me to the proper department to cancel.  I called another time to cancel and waited on hold for over 10 minutes with no one to answer the call.  They say they listened to all the recorded calls to determine if I ever requested a cancellation but their records were incomplete - missing those calls where I cancelled the accounts.  They will not make the refund.  They do not have an email contact so there is not way for the customer to verify any information - convenient for them.  File your report!

Here's some simple advice on how to cancel. Its the job of those working in account management to berate and convince you to stay with the service. Don't engage them in conversation. Call either the Thursday or Friday before your next bill is due and tell them you are 100 percent quitting real estate or mortgage. If they continue to talk and not cancel tell them "cancel my service immediately effective today's date" then hang up. If they try to call you back do not answer. This will force the agent to have to cancel the account and read you a disclaimer over the phone. If you have a way to do so record the entire conversation. At this point if they charge you for the next month dispute it with your credit card company. Secondly they go by three DBAs. WMG, GMA and IMG. IMG is mortgage and the other two are real estate. WMG is Google and GMA is bing yahoo and MSN. If they contact you do not sign up for the service. It is not worth it. You're better off paying someone to do SEO for you. Hope this helps.
